The Eduroam (Educational Roaming) wireless service is available to TUS students and staff. Eduroam is a worldwide academic initiative that facilitates roaming educational users to gain Internet access at other member institutes.
Connecting to Eduroam (students):
You can find instructions on connecting to Eduroam here (or equivalent on Athlone students' IT helpdesk app) https://itservicedesk.midwest.tus.ie/app/itdesk/ui/solutions/21273000000554230/details. Sometimes another network "eduroam-setup" may appear but you should choose the "eduroam" option and make sure and use your full student email address as username.
Connecting to EDUROAM (staff):
Select the Eduroam Network on your device and the log on for staff is their TUS email address and password
For assistance you can log a ticket through the service desk app on MyApps or Moodle.
